This gal has smashed a great bit of progress in just 4 weeks with her online plan.
Nothing crazy.
No cutting out chocolate or crisps.
Not spending 7 days a week in the gym
We had our consult call, she invested in herself signed up, and just a month later we’ve achieved some amazing results so far!
She’s now in a regular gym routine and felt confident enough to start running outside 👏🏼
She’s already improved her relationship with food (especially around period week)🫶🏻
And both the physical and mental results ARE MAD in such a short space of time 🙌🏼
