I loveeeeee making Skinny Alfredo. Super GUILT FREE!!!

So.. Last nights dinner was double carb day ▶️ Steak and onions, baked fries, string beans while featuring “skinny” Alfredo for a little extra fun👌

Skinny Alfredo Recipe:

12 ounces fettuccine (or any pasta shape)
1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (or butter for non skinny)
4 cloves garlic, pressed or finely-minced
3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 cup almond mild (or alternative could be low-fat milk)
1tbspParmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
(optional: chopped parsley (I used dried), extra Parmesan)

Today is a lazyyyy and rainyyy day and it makes me have the LOWEST ENERGY.

I made this up because it was a bunch of exercises that reached full body and I love it! Try this on some spare time but keep your timing solid and you’ll break a sweat.👌

I’ve educated myself quite a bit of this subject..Cheat/Treat meals are very important.
💡 A caloric spike once per week will increase FAT LOSS by ensuring your metabolic rate (thyroid function and etc.) does not deregulate from an extended period of a caloric restriction. So please, stop telling me that my cheat meals will make me take 1 step back on the 2 steps forward.😚
