The second part of the class is Yoga Nidra, which is a guided meditation shown to reduce stress, improve sleep, and support emotional balance.

This practice helps shift you out of fight-or-flight and into deep rest—where real healing begins.

So blessed to have Linda, also a licensed clinical social worker and wonderful Yin yoga guide. She brings a special presence, wisdom and compassion to this practice.
