Hi all, J’Nell here - interrupting your usually scheduled programming 😝 to wish this kind, generous, hardworking & sexy husband of mine a very very happy birthday! Drumroll…. 🥁can you believe this man is the big 5-0 today??? 🤯💪🙏 I love you Jeremy and I’m thankful to your amazing parents for raising such a great man. They’re proud of you, as am I. Happy happiest baby! 🥂👏🎂 Cheers to the next 50!

In effort to be succinct, I'll just note that this man works (no exaggeration) 12+ hour days (imagine lifting weights for half a day!?!) to support our family & continue building his dream, Gym Decision. We survived a global pandemic, after only 2 years in biz at the time, when many of the "big guys" did not. ...and trust me, it wasn't because we received any $$ incentives or freebies! Just grit, God, and a fire in your belly. So proud of you J. Everyone, let's celebrate today! 😽❤️🥂

Change is good! Especially when it's for the better!
Going into our 8th year we decided to switch things up some! It was a little sad to see the green banner go! It meant so much to me! It's visual got me through a lot! As well as stressed me out a lot! Seeing that banner walking to work during the early years, it gave me such a amazing feeling of accomplishment, you did it Jeremy!!! And I believe at one point I looked up and said "mama I made it"😇
I also remember walking to work seeing the same banner, thinking the total opposite during the pandemic! It was a big reminder that I'm losing everything I work for! But in full circle that feeling of "you did it Jeremy" came back after surviving the pandemic! It felt wonderful to look up at the banner again! With the bright orange we stand out a little more! If you are a new yorker you know that we rarely look up! Here at gym decision we want to help that out some! One of the trainers here told me that not only could he see the banner from Broadway! He could see it was gym decision! "SAY WORD" 🤣
I'm loving the new color! I'm so blessed to have what I have and do what I do! Most cases it's easy to come to work when you have a place like this! But it's awesome to have something new that gives you a little "pep to your step"

A few weeks ago high winds destroyed the biggest, probably oldest banner on the block! Got it good as you can see! But like a new yorker "I will rebuild" 🤣🤣
But seriously I'm so fortunate to have awesome connections! Or shall I say an awesome brother! He runs one of the biggest signs and banner companies in NY! So very soon we won't be the "black eye" of the block! I do have some news on the new banner! After 7yrs we decided to change the color!
My brother and I are also discussing how we can honor mom and all those who battled and still continue to battle breast cancer during the October months! (will be amazing if we can pull this off)
Anyway, if you are in the neighborhood want to apologize for the "eye sore" we got up there now! But know we will have a new banner, with a new color coming soon!✌️
