Three shots from within a 100’ radius of each other at Brooklyn’s Atlantic Terminal. I never was a big fan of the cubicle art installation that cantilevers over the platform level waiting area but have to admit the combined architectural composition of the atrium as a whole - which stretches from above the street level down to the concourse is quite nice - especially with the early evening shadows that are cast through the scene. The recently rehabilitated clock tower is one of downtown Brooklyn’s most famous buildings and stood as the tallest building in Brooklyn for most of the borough’s history until as recently as the last ten years when several modern high-rises have been erected to take that title away. The Apple store sits in its shadow and features some pretty cool architecture of its own with a view of Manhattan’s crown jewel the Empire State Building.

Brisk night time walk with Ruby and the boys! I’ve grown to dig my neighborhood, Maplewoods, an old school Long Island flair neighborhood with some truly unique fairy-landy type architectural features scattered throughout. It was really cool showing my boys and even cooler to see how much they genuinely appreciated the tour - especially on a cold February night! Ruby was good, too! 🐶

Little miss Swissy decided in her toddler wisdom that she’d rather eat the box that holds all her chew and play toys than the toys themselves. How cute and guilty does she look? Love our Ruby the Swissy!!!!! ❤️🐶❤️🐶❤️🐶❤️🐶
