🎮 From gaming as an escape to building a fitness system that rewires your life. Here’s my story:

[Parent’s Divorce] – Life hit hard when my parents split. I was a young boy and video games became my escape. It was my way to gain control a world where I felt powerless.

[Video Game Addiction] – Then what started as fun time with the boys, turned into an addiction. I spent hours grinding in virtual worlds while my real life slipped away. I was tired, weak, and stuck in a loop of unhealthy habits.

[Mom’s Health Scare] – Then reality hit me. My mom’s health took a turn for the worse, and I realized I wasn’t just losing myself. I was watching someone I loved suffer because of neglecting their health. That was my wake-up call.

[Start of Fitness Journey] – But I had no clue where to start, but I knew I needed to change. I treated fitness like a game: leveling up, tracking progress, and unlocking new abilities.

[COVID & Mental Health Struggles] – Then, COVID happened. The isolation, stress, and uncertainty messed with my head. I slipped back to my old habits. But one day, we were let free in NYC and fitness became my anchor again. But the world felt chaotic and unhealthy.

[Started In-Person Coaching] – I wanted to help others break free from the same struggles. So, I started coaching people, helping busy professionals take control of their health—without giving up the things they loved. I then realized I wanted to reach more people and include people who were just like me: Those who play video games but want to improve their fitness.

[Started Evolution Rewired] – Fast forward to today: I created Evolution Rewired to aid in my mission is to help others transform. I help you evolve your physique and rewire your mentality. I created a Gamified Fitness system designed for gamers and busy professionals who feel stuck, just like I did. I took everything I learned in my 10+ year journey and built a program that makes fitness simple, engaging, and sustainable.

Hacking the Fitness Game: Episode 1 🎮

Are you tired of getting tricked by “high protein” snacks that aren’t what they claim to be?

In this first episode of "Hacking the Fitness Game", I’m dropping a simple, gamified hack to figure out if a snack is truly high in protein or just marketing BS.

Here’s the cheat code:
1️⃣ Look at the calories on the label (e.g., 250).
2️⃣ Drop the last number (25).
3️⃣ The protein amount should be equal to or higher than that number to qualify as high protein.

It’s that easy to win the snack aisle! 🏆

⚡ Why does this matter?
Protein is the #1 macronutrient for fat loss and muscle building. But food companies slap “high protein” on products that don’t cut it.

Most of you guy just want to do everything at once, instead of focusing on the ONE thing.

1️⃣ Set a Target – Forget one fixed number; aim for a flexible range. 🎯
2️⃣ Level 1: Calories Only – Multiply your goal body weight by 12 and focus JUST on hitting your calorie range. 👌
3️⃣ Level 2: Add Protein – Once you’ve mastered calories, start tracking protein (.8-1g per pound of body weight). 🥩
4️⃣ Level 3: All Macros – With enough XP, you’ll be ready to track all your macros for optimal results. 🚀

If you’re chugging water all day but p*eing every 20-30 minutes, here’s the truth: you’re not hydrating properly – you’re dehydrating yourself! 🚨

Here’s what’s really happening:
💦 Your body isn’t absorbing the water, it’s just flushing through.
🤔 I used to drink tons of water and still feel parched because I wasn’t doing it right. Now, I drink 85 oz/day (half my body weight in ounces) and feel ACTUALLY hydrated with only 3 bathroom trips a day!

How do you fix it? 👇
1️⃣ Get a stainless steel water bottle to stay consistent.
2️⃣ Use filtered water – skip the contaminated BS tap water! 🚱
3️⃣ Add high-quality salt (Sea salt, Himalayan salt, etc.), this helps your body absorb the water. 🧂

Here’s my daily blueprint:
⏰ Same wake & bedtime (5:30 AM - 9:30 PM)
💧 Morning water – Start hydrated.
🚶‍♂️ Morning walk (10-30 mins) – Get moving early.
🏋️ Workout 3x/week – Quality over quantity.
🥚 High-protein breakfast (40g) @ 12 PM.
👣 8k-10k steps daily – Move consistently.
🍗 150g protein + 25g fiber/day – The perfect balance.
🥗 80% whole foods, 20% cheat meals – Life’s about enjoying the grind (2x/week).
🚰 80 oz water/day – Stay hydrated, stay lean.
