Unpopular opinion:
I'll take 10,000 steps over a 2-mile run every single time.
Walking doesn't wreck your knees.
Doesn't spike your hunger.
Doesn't burn you out.
I walked off 80 pounds. Real talk.

White rice or brown rice for fat loss?
Doesn't matter. The calorie difference is too small to stress over. Pick the one you actually like eating and stay in your deficit.
That's it. Fat loss is about the deficit, not the color of your rice.
