Goodness tried doing 21s.. that's starting with one rep then found the number of reps of the rounds until 21. Wtf got to the rd of 8s and didn't finish that one. Still 32 total reps... for reference the last time I did a bench press body weight (185lbs) comp i got 37 straight reps 😲 but we pushing forward.

42 total reps 27 (135s) 14 (225lbs) on . Between the two 10,575lbs of work... that's some serious .

Finished up with some nice .... dumbell fly into dumbell close grip. Then triceps pull downs into standing cable rib cage pulls. And that's all she wrote.

Currently standing at 192lbs 10.3% BF. Wasn't gonna compete this yeah in physique... but looking at a Nov comp.. so watch out.

Just 3 days back to back even though I worked the weekend.

Get it anyway I can.

Some nice accessory work on Friday, did some first then light stuff but tough.

Saturday was tired but sucked it up. Again, started with cardio and hit some more accessories... nothing major but tons of reps.

And Sunday... whew felt wired after work so used that to do cardio first and then superset 4rds squatclean (finishing with 185lbs for 2) and 225lbs squats for 6 reps. Legs were wobbly. Finished with 100 reps of leg extension and that's all she wrote.

It's been a dream of mine to be on Men's Health and Fitness.

Coming from the hood, skinny little boy being bullied to the point of being suicidal, two time felon thinking there were only two options for me.. prison or death.

But I refused to become a statistic... so together with psychology... FITNESS saved my soul. I've spent the better part of 20 years trying to do that for others.

Maybe being on the cover will be a little reward for those efforts .. maybe it'll expand my reach.

But this for sure will be another wonderful journey in discovering myself and inspiring others.

Me and have always dance to the beat of our own drum. We celebrate the way we do, talk, walk, dress and act the way we do and can care less what the outside world thinks.

Because living is about visceral experiences that add up to what can potentially be a wonderful life. In the end, it's up to every individual.

THIS was our holiday celebration. was amazing. My whole life probably the only fear I've taken with me to adulthood is heights, it seems I've just about conquered that.

Then , kinda a let down after the edge.. was like eating the appetizers after the main dish . But we climbed allot of stairs....poor AJ's knees.

And then on to , OMG the food, the drinks, the service... perfect end to day. Took home some sweets.. cause you know we sweet freaks.

Remember, don't let the world dictate what makes you happy and how to celebrate that happiness. Fine, it's the holidays, so celebrate but because YOU want to not because everyone else is doing it.

It's crazy how this is so much more therapy than anything else. So much going on in my head this time of year. I miss you mom, pops, my big sis and bro. So many friends and brothers at arms also gone. Truly, my only goal around these times is to not be bitter and angry.

And so.... fitness has been my saving grace. These two workouts helped to make things right as rain.

For the the last couple of weeks I've started every workout with on the .

Forgot how good are for the soul. 315lbs moved fast and felt good. 425lbs was nice, could've done more but let's safe some for the next time lol the is so good for stretching out that .

Second workout, Smith machine bench press 255lbs for 3...I like it. My boy with the spot. Then shrugs with dumbell curl superset. Finished with a crazy burn with 3rds, 20 reps reach of cable curls, triceps pushdowns and close grip back pull downs. That's 180 total reps...I could barely lift my arms after... just what the mind and body needed.

Crazy what the mind can will the body to do. At 185lb BW I'm doing things I never did at 200lbs. 115s for 14 reps but really could've done more. So, decided to do 138lbs (130 dumbbells, 8lb chains) for 4 ish lol that's Def a PR.... we'll be working for 10 very soon.

Then the .... into into . Train the body in and reap the rewards... but this isn't for the mentally weak.

Finishing with into one arm . And then . Great start to the week.

2 Monsta workouts and . Sunday getting those in, being more consistent with my but my are still slacking. But.. got 275lbs for 3 then 295lbs for an okay 3. Got some in with .j.s.n._ . Legs were wobbly lol

But Monday.. we'll, that was insanity. First, 275lbs on the for 2. Then 225lbs for 12... whew!!: that's work. Then of into with 270lbs style. Another with 450lbs into . Body getting tired but I'm not done.

with 630lbs 😱😱😱 haven't done that in a minute. And finishing with on the .. easy peasy. Got on my right shoulder, on my right arm, and on my left wrist but THAT hasn't slow me down one bit.

Three days of insanity, Friday, Sunday and Monday workouts. PRs (personal record) all day.

120s for 13, never did that before. 4 plates with 360lbs for 8, another PR. 18 reps on the with 230lbs. That's one he'll of a .

getting my game back on. Finishing with 255lbs, more than I've done in a long time because of my shoulder.

Working out with the big tank . Some brutal .

Heavy (270lbs) into (135lbs). making it look easy... whatever!! Lol

Then on to and . 275lbs for me, 315 for ... dude is a beast. Always good to workout with monsters that can keep up.

Finished up with (315lbs) but showing 275lbs. And with and for sets of 20.

and that's all she wrote. Great week of workouts.. pushing some serious weight and adding volume. What do your week look like?
