⭐️May was AAPI Heritage Month and in the studio, we celebrated by highlighting artists shaping global music, culture, and representation💖

From rising pop groups to genre-defining voices and timeless icons, three of these tracks remind us of all the ways AAPI creativity continues to move culture forward.

🫖 KATSEYE — “Pinky Up”
A truly global girl-group and international sensation that drawn from the music, dance style and fashion popularized by Korean-Pop(K-POP) groups, KATSEYE is redefining pop stardom through a bold, borderless lens and powerful AAPI representation on the international stage.

🎻 Laufey — “Promise”
Chinese-Icelandic Grammy winner Laufey blends jazz, classical, and modern pop into a sound that’s entirely her own. She’s introducing a new generation to jazz while expanding AAPI visibility in the genre.

🪞 Lea Salonga — “Reflection”
The iconic Filipina voice of Disney’s Mulan, Lea Salonga is a trailblazer in theater and music whose legacy helped open doors for Asian performers worldwide. “Reflection” remains a defining anthem of identity and self-acceptance.
