For those that just want to move fast. If you would crush this test, the American Grid Trials could be for you. You only need to be good at ONE test to excel, and there are 12 choices. Test notes below.
Chest contact and traveling directly over box must all be visible in a continuous frame.
Foot contact with the ground must take place on the opposite side from which the athlete began the rep.
