I put these on the front bumper of my jeep very easy to hook up comes with mounting hardware. They are very bright. I would call this a flood light as the light spreads a wide beam, but lights up everything in front of me.
They appear to be very well-made and should last a long time. They have big heat sinks on the back to keep them cool.
For the price you can't beat it. They are very inexpensive for what they are and they likely last a few years before they need to be replaced. I would say if you're looking for any type of a light this will do the job. These lights are more likely meant for a tractor or working outdoors more than installing on a vehicle, but they worked fine for that too.

The flood beam pattern provides wide coverage, making it easier to see around the truck, especially in dark, rural areas. I also tested them in foggy conditions, and they cut through just fine.

I installed a work light in my welding setup to provide better illumination for my projects. It functions effectively in lighting up the entire area. Since I often take my welding setup with me in the bed of my truck, I specifically chose a 12v light that can be used in outdoor locations. Its waterproof and off-road durability will be very useful. I would have to say that these are wonderful some of the best ones I have ever had I use them all the time when it's dark or in bad weather I'm always getting complaints from people buy them putting the bright lights on me when I'm driving down the road and I have my on they are super bright they help brighten up the road ahead of you I would definitely suggest anyone that is interested in getting like lights like this these would be your best bet the best bang for your money basically they're pretty easy to install and as I said they are super bright they will blind you temporarily if you look into them directly for only a moment or so will you have temporary blindness that's only because they're so bright.

I installed led lights as bed lights on my flatbed truck. The build quality seems good and they were easy enough to mount, but they're 45 watts and the beam angle is kind of narrow for flood lights.

I measured one on my workbench and at 12 volts it draws 2.8 amps, which is 45 watts. The mounting system limits the angle they can be aimed at - because I sometimes carry a load that rests on top of the truck's headboard I couldn't mount the lights on top, so they're mounted to the vertical surface of the headboard and can't be aimed as high as I'd like.

The low-light capabilities of my camera make the illumination pattern look better than it really is. The space between the lights is fairly dark. Light and Power – Watt’s Consideration On Power Claims
Are you looking for standard driving lights? Of course, numerous manufacturers in the market claim that they customize the best. Yet we all know the more significant production doesn’t always translate to quality performance.

Our earlier posts helped you understand the importance of color temperature (light performance) and the difference between lux and lumens.

So this article would help you understand Watt. It is often inserted into the driving light as it is considered as another measurement unit.

Mainly in the past, it was counted as the only measure customized. Unfortunately, the product produces inadequate guidance towards the performance and quality of the lights.

Why Is It Considered Poor Guidance
Watt isn’t considered reliable performance guidance because it calculates the power consumed, not the emitted light.

For example, examining a 100-watt product would draw 100 watts from the allocated battery.

But it doesn’t give us the reason on how effective the conversion of that particular energy turns as the usable light.

Moreover, the 100 watts used in an LED Light would emit more light than the 100-watt HID light. In other words, it would shine more than a 100-watt halogen unit.

Anyways it all boils down to which particular technology uses the power efficiently.

How To Measure Wattage
Well, it is pretty complicated as it consists of two common ways. They are ‘genuine’ wattage and ‘claimed’ wattage. Claimed watts are hypothetical figures essentially related to the usage rates of components.

For example, 10 LEDs emitting light where each rate at 10 watts would output a claimed figure of 100 watts. If the LEDs aren’t used at full potential, the figure would be meaningless.

The amount of power for the light consumption is called the Genuine Wattage. The genuine wattage is measured using voltage and ample.

Then, they are multiplied together. Remember that Genuine Wattage is never an output but only a consumption measurement.

For example, let’s get a competitor’s driving lights and our LEDs to see the difference. Each product may consist of similar features. Such as the ‘claimed’ wattage, LEDs at the rate of 4.5 watts (theoretical value given from the charging system of your car)
