Yogis, I have a secret to share and is question to ask? First the question? How many days a week are you practicing yoga? 2?3?4 times?

I have a new challenge for you! It’s a secret sauce that I have discovered in my own practice. Ok here it is….. simple but not always easy.

Practice every day…

at least 10-15 minutes or up to one hour if, if if you have the time (I don’t always but I do MAKE time daily for at least 20 minutes! )

I usually practice in the morning but if I can’t, I try and fit in 10’minutes in the evening as I wind down.

The trick is mix up the practice with a variety of asanas and don’t do the same poses every day( but any foundation pose is fine to repeat!)

Honestly Yogis, this is a game changer for fitness and wellness.!!! It has transformed my body, changed my overall mood, and helped me find peace and centeredness in every day!!

I am Happy to share my journey and a few exercises. It is simplier than you think and once you get in the routine, you will find amazing results!!

Getting serious again about my daily yoga practice! How about you? What’s your favorite yoga pose that makes you feel amazing!

I have so many but today my power pose seemed to be Warrior II because it engages the entire body!

Ready to get back to your regular yoga practice? Ready to try yoga for the first time?

We are back on zoom every Tuesday and Thursday with classes starting at 8:30am! If you are ready to jump on, let me know!

My yoga classes are Iyengar alignment-focused, breath-oriented, core-centered and based on the foundations of flow yoga— it’s a full body workout. Each class finishes with a stretch cool down and total relaxation. Great for beginners or advanced students!

I also offer a yoga fitness class that is more a power flow that uses light weights and the stability ball—this class is fun, upbeat and also for all levels!
