Amanda is a yoga instructor, birth doula and women's circle facilitator. Amanda offers small classes at her studio in Kunkletown, PA as well as private lessons.
She's been in wellness industry for over 20 years and holds a Masters in Exercise Physiology. Amanda Rose knows bodies, having worked with hundreds of clients in her 15+ year career. Beginning Saturday September 20th - Saturday morning yoga classes at 8:30am at my space in Kunkletown.

Full house this morning for our heart opening yoga practice πππ thankful for the consistent practitioners who are showing up each week and the new ones who said yes to my spontaneous invitation ππ½ Iβm so grateful to share the power of yoga to bring strength and flexibility to our bodies, grace and openness to our hearts, a deeper sense of love towards ourselves and each other.
We practice to expand our capacity - to be more patient, more present and more peaceful π«

Such a beautiful morning at Simply Sage working on stretching and strengthening our legs. We explored how to feel solid, strong, stable and yet soft and supple too, learning how to root down to rise up.
We practiced mountain pose, warrior 2, triangle and half moon plus some chair and tree pose. I suspect weβll be feeling a bit sore tomorrow π oh, and we got a sneak peak taste test of earl gray lavender lattes and chai lattes just in time for their tea bar grand opening next weekend!
Iβll be back Saturday April 26th for another morning practice 8:30am with a focus on heart openers! If you canβt make it live, then join us virtually. Will link sign up below!

I know life is hectic. You're so busy. The to-do list is endless especially on Easter weekend BUT I promise, taking a ONE hour yoga class to tend to yourself will be the best thing you can do!
This Saturday, April 19th at 8:30am join me at Simply Sage in Brodheadsville to explore basic standing poses. We are going to practice rooting down to rise up as we strengthen and stretch our legs and lower bodies.
