Consciousness maintenance will be the death of your dreams.

In manifesting energetics this is energy Level 3.

🤓What is consciousness maintenance?

So you’re living life feeling some level of discomfort, like your heart, soul, higher self is trying to guide you. You start feeling a burning desire to create something new, different. To manifest perhaps a better job, your ideal partner, business growth. You may not have clarity but your feeling the need to shift! Your heart is speaking to you.

But your rational mind needs to make sense of everything. In needs to connect the dots, know the “how”...hell it needs it all mapped out!

Then the road blocks. 🛑

You’re trying to figure out the path from your linear thinking mind instead of trusting your Divinely guided heart.

THIS IS CONSCIOUSNESS MAINTENANCE.

Fear masked by logic.

It is why most people give up and sabotage their dreams!

What happens at this level is you get REALLY good at rationalizing in order to tolerate. 85% of people live in this energy level.

So you continued to follow your logic and settle.

Sister, your dreams and desires won’t make make sense! Logic is just the sneaky, tricky way the ego keeps you from following your heart!

Let me remind you that the heart’s energetic resonance is much more powerful than the mind’s.

How much longer will you rationalize? Waiting for all the pieces of your dreams to fall into place?

What if you followed your ❤️ and trusted the Divinely orchestrated process of it all?

Let this be your mantra: It doesn’t have to make sense. I trust my heart 🦄.

I have a tool that allows me to see your energetic vibration AKA manifesting magnetism .

What I see trending with the badass women I coach when I look at the results of their Manifesting Energy Blueprint is that they have very high levels of 5,6, and 7 energy - this means they are very powerful, brilliant, and intuitiveAF!

BUT...

There is some program in their inner landscape that has them dimming their light. Dropping to lower vibrations to meet others at their low vibes.

Guess what happens to your manifesting powers when you do this?

Common programming as to why you do this:

➡️ You have a belief that you have to fix others.
➡️ You have a belief that you have to be an FNG (fu***ng nice gal).
➡️ You have a need to "fit in" and "be liked."
➡️ You were told that you're "too much" so you learned to dim your light.

OF COURSE most of this is NOT obvious to the naked eye. These programs run in the subconscious.

People with this energetic pattern get great at becoming chameleons, rationalizing in order to tolerate, and avoiding RED FLAGS even when they get smacked in the face by them because they believe they can fix the person/situation that is dragging them to lower energy.

TIME TO SHIFT THIS DISEMPOWERING WAY OF BEING!

🌀 Take RADICAL responsibility for your energy
🌀 Stop rationalizing to tolerate - VIBES DON'T LIE
🌀 When you see a 🚩 honor it! - VIBES DON'T LIE.
🌀 Show up as your authentic self - this means no holding back who you truly are! Say what you need to say, do what you need to do FOR YOU.
🌀 Be nice, but stay in your power!
🌀 Shine your GOD GIVEN FRIGGIN' light! If others are blinded by it tell them to get sunglasses!

You can love everyone but it doesn’t mean your energy will VIBE with everyone’s energy.

It's not personal. It's vibrational!

That moment you realize it’s MERCURY SH*TROGEADE. It’s still 2020 and it’s still an election year 😜.

Anyone else feeling this vibe?

Who doesn’t like to feel good or for things to go smoothly all the time, right?

But here’s the thing...even with all the tools, all the manifesting, and all the “high vibes” the law of relativity states that challenges are inevitable.

I mean after all we did say yes to this human experience 🤷🏻‍♀️.

The 🔑 here is how will you relate and respond to challenges?

You can choose to spiral into the energy of fear 🌀 (a very common default response) OR you can decide to choose a more empowered way to show up in the face of challenges by staying rooted in trust.

Remember you ALWAYS get to choose the energy you dial into. You are NOT powerless.

Three common ways you're draining your manifesting energy and sabotagging your results ⤵️

❌ You're playing the "blame game." You blame other people, your partner, your parents, children, boss, and the world for your problems...It's everyone else except you.

🎯 SHIFT: Step into your sovereignty energy. Know who you are, what you want and take RADICAL RESPONSIBILITY for creating it. Decide that nothing and no one can keep you from pursuing your vision unless you allow it.

❌ You're justifying your current reality and confirming it with words and actions. You have a vision, a dream, and you believe it is possible for you. BUT...you don't have the money, the time, the resources...so this means you can't do it right?

🎯 SHIFT: Step into your warrior energy. Be willing to do whatever it takes for as long as it takes to create your dreams. Have unwavering loyalty and devotion to your purpose. REPEAT: I always find a way. I always figure it out.

❌ You spend your time complaining. Things are so hard. Nothing ever works out. You have to work so hard for it.

🎯 SHIFT: Step into your magician energy. Be willing to turn the challenges (which are inevitable) into GOLD. Allow what shows up to not make sense. Surrender to the mysterious dance of life.

Feel into each of these energies. Which feels heavy which feels light?

The truth is those ❌s are full of victim energy robbing you of your power and magnetism. OH but it's so EASY to give our power to all these external forces...IS IT THOUGH?

It’s all energy friends. And the energy that resonates in the above mentioned is fear. Masked by perfectionism, masked by trying to control.

When you’re hung up in believing that you control the outcome, in believing any of the BS stories your fear brain is telling you, you block the flow of your manifestations!

Today on a call with a client who was letting fear run the show I took her through my “emptying the fear” process. By the end of the process she had buy in and a strategy in place to FINALLY launch her biz!
Why? Because this process releases fear at a cellular level! It’s one thing to think your fear is gone, it’s another to embody courage and take inspired action.

The secret to manifesting the dreams that stretch you, which will inevitably bring up fear, is NOT to have the perfect next steps or have it all figured out.

It’s to actually make peace with the energy of fear so that you release resistance.

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

My harsh wake up call doesn’t have to be your harsh wake up call.

Today I got to spend my morning having breakfast at my favorite place down at the OC 🌊 with one of my favorite humans (my son).

Then I went to my favorite beach to connect with God and to feel the immense gratitude I’m feeling today; one simple “yes” almost 10 years ago has led me to this life of freedom.

Ah freedom! By my definition it means I get to come, go, and create as I please. To have financial abundance, time, and space by my terms. To build MY dreams.

I created this by saying YES.

BUT HOLD UP ✋👇🏼👇🏼

That YES came on the heels of watching my mother take her last breath at 60. The wake up call that shook me and got wake the eff up and start living fully!

That YES came on the heels of me FINALLY getting tired of my bu****it excuses and taking responsibility for my life.

That YES came on the heels of me giving my fear the middle finger and stepping into my Truth. That my dreams matter and are available to me when I say YES!

I see you sitting on the fence waiting to play life full out and I pray that you say YES to yourself. That you don’t wait for a “wake up” call.

I pray that you give way to your faith instead of to the bu****it that keeps you playing small.

Weirdos know their magic but society trains us to fit in a box that isn’t built for us. So we comply.

And slowly you begin to lose your sense of authenticity which dulls your manifesting magnetism.

HINT: anytime you find yourself trying to proof yourself to others, working hard for the promotion, turning yourself into a pretzel for the guy/girl, chasing after friends, appeasing family members ‘cause “you don’t want to rock the boat”, not speaking up when you feel you should or hiding parts of yourself you don’t want others to see out of fear of judgement, those are tell tale signs you are not being authentic.

The more authentic you become the more magnetic you’ll be.

It’s why so many people feel like they’re not living a life of purpose. They are letting life happen to them rather than creating it with intention. Think of what you could manifest if you backed up your creation with intention and energy?

When every day feels like freedom there’s no difference from Saturday to Monday.
