1 month ago, me and Taeyong held his first ever seminar in Austin for the Fury Games and it was a banger š„ This time at Showtime Martial Arts we wanted to make it even better. Over 4 sessions, yong.t___ broke down his techniques that helped him become Asian Champion to the finest detail of mechanics, timing, distance, setup, and tactics. To be able to translate his life work to you guys was an honor. We also had my high school teammate HyunKyou ė°ķź· bring his expertise in Taekwondo specific sports biomechanics and science to provide every athlete with tools to not only move more efficiently and explosively, but also prevent injury for the rest of their careers. To top everything off, we held 2 extra VIP Fight Review sessions where me and Taeyong broke down the athleteās fights frame by frame giving them personal feedback, tactics, and what drills to work on to fix their game; and HyunKyou brought his state of the art Motion IQ - Taekwondo system which analyzes each and every kick, scoring percentage, stance, position, and situation to give athletes a totally data driven perspective at their game so they know what areas to focus on. This seminar was truly special to me, having my teammates from Korea come work with my teammates from Showtime, my teammates from waychampusa_pro_team , and all athletes that came from all over. Thank you to my coach Harpreet Singh for hosting and supporting me and this movement, and thank you to all athletes, coaches, and families for taking time on your weekend to come together and chase our dreams. Finally, I want to show my gratitude to my father, Mr. Alexander, for putting on a masterpiece performance of percussion. You teaching me rhythm, beat and flow on the drums when I was young has brought me this far, and I will keep your musical legacy going through Taekwondo Fury. Fury Out ā”ļøā”ļøā”ļø
