It was a Sunday like today! Probably foggy December 14 1969, that Gabrielle waddled to the car by herself and drove to Carmel General Hospital. As a story goes, the doctor said there’s plenty of time and left. She took a deep breath and I was born.

So excited for 56! New home new place new life, new friends all good! Whoop whoop whpoop good food

So grateful for another day on this planet! So grateful for family and friends and spiritual connection! Yahoo 

Here we are in the deep dark heart of winter! And I couldn’t be more fu***ng happy about it powder is coming down. Snowboarding is happening fireplace is rocking planning my trip around the world. I love you all. Bless you bless you bless you. 

Hey hey hey, Gabrielle‘s birthday is coming up February 4Th

After much meditation, trials and tribulations about my next tattoo, I have come up with something that I feel is most fitting past present and future! Please chime in before I get this! I wanna hear what you feel!

Today, I looked at my dancing feet and felt the blessing of them not being ordinary, but transformative and extraordinary. I have only one person to thank for this, my mom, my best friend and my teacher Gabrielle Roth. These feet take me into prayer and ecstasy as they caress the great mother earth each day.

In Honor of Gabrielle Roth

Jens Wazel created a tribute to Gabrielle to honor the 10th anniversary of her taking flight. Over a period of 6 years, Jens interviewed a number of dancers and teachers as part of an ongoing project to document the history of Conscious dance. What was discovered is that many shared the story .....and then I met Gabrielle. This is Jens' incredible compilation released today in honor of Gabrielle.

True to his fast paced home rhythm of staccato, our beloved Robert passed away peacefully and quickly in the comfort of his home on Friday, May 27th. Refuge was the soundtrack of his passing. We ask that you beat a drum or dance in his honor. The beat goes on.....
