The theme of the retreat, The Nature of Transformation, is a seed to plant inside. We will naturally inquire inside making space to contemplate un-discovered layers of our being.

Welcome to our Spring campaign.

Our new non-profit status is a vibrant expression of our true purpose which is to introduce and sustain both newcomers and experienced practitioners on the deeply transformational journey of Yoga.
Since the school recently took birth as a non-profit, so many of you who are members of the World Yoga Center Community have helped strengthen the school with your generous gifts of service and donations. For this, we most heartily thank you all!
As a beautiful community, you have created over fifty four years of steady practice, supporting both the school’s evolution and one another. You have meditated together, uplifted all of us with your yogic spirit when you come to class, and joined our fundraising events – the most recent event was earlier this week, a gathering of love, commitment, and financial support.

An Anusara Yoga and Meditation Retreat

With much excitement, Rudrani and Jacalyn invite you to join us for another wonderful summer retreat at Dai Bosatsu Zendo, a pristine mountain sanctuary in the Catskill Mountains.
The Zendo has hosted our deep and fulfilling retreats for seventeen seasons. As the WYC community gathers to practice Anusara yoga, meditation and inner reflection, we will be surrounded by the magnificent, unspoiled beauty of nature.
Our retreat group will stay at the Zendo and in the newly renovated guest house that sits overlooking the sparkling spring-fed Beecher Lake. The guest house has a new, spacious sun-deck and refurbished rooms that are both comfortable and homey!

Reiki Circle With Jodi
Saturday, May 2, 1–3:15pm
Reiki is the healing aspect of the supreme energy at the root of our very being, the potent beneficial force that flows through us all. Connecting to this energy through Reiki, as a practitioner and as a receiver, is a powerful tool for our own and others' healing.
Our Reiki Circle welcomes non-Reiki practitioners—the community—for the first hour from 1 to 2pm. We will all be together for our opening meditation and be able to offer names into the circle for healing. During this time, our community receives Reiki from Reiki practitioners. We will conclude with journaling and sharing.
The practice portion of our circle, from 2 to 3:15pm, will be for Reiki practitioners to develop our skills for the highest good of others.
Community tickets are $20, and $30 for Reiki Practitioners.
