In the wake of the immensely successful Hail to the Queen IV, CrossFit Queens began readying its gear and stacking its plates for Hail To The King 2015. The CFQ arena is putting out a call to recruit NYC's mo

st tenacious barbell gladiators for our first individual men's competition in over two years. The one-day competition will take place on Saturday, May 2nd: 3 events to determine the top six WOD paladins qualified for the final battle. Prizes: 1st Place: Minimum $500 2nd Place: Minimum $250 3rd Place Minimum $100

Jerk, any variation, 135 (Minimum Recommended 1RM: 185)
Deadlift 275 (Minimum Recommended 1RM: 395)
HSPU, any variation (Minimum Max Effort Unbroken Recommendation: 5)
Double Unders (Minimum Max Effort Unbroken Recommendation: 30)
American KBS (Minimum Max Effort Unbroken Recommendation: 20 reps at 1.5 pood)
T2B/K2E (Minimum Max Effort Unbroken Recommendation: 10)
Pullups, any variation (Minimum Max Effort Unbroken Recommendation: 15)

Cost of Registration:

HTTQ MOVED TO CROSSFIT QUEENS!

Tonight's Mets game was moved to tomorrow early afternoon thus causing us to bring this event back to a box to get blue collar and just witness an old school throw down!
The Mets game tomorrow night will still be going on and your tickets are still good! Same schedule as before with WOD 1 beginning at 9 am , same 5 grand on the line , same , same , and the same awesome CF community to make this an amazing event !
