Any lasting change you hope to achieve for your body will take time and consistency.
Adding muscle sounds easy when you talk about it, but actually giving your body what it needs to do so;

• Proper overload
• Macro and micronutrients
• Rest and full recovery

can prove to be a tough task.

Pace yourself.

• Train regularly and follow a program guideline that aligns with your goals.
• Introduce a sustainable (to stomach and wallet) increase to your daily intake.
• Plan rest days ahead of time to optimize the following training day.

We're all guilty of trying to rush results.
In the end, slow and steady wins.

《IT ALL MATTERS》


I'm not saying to dwell on every potato chip or each shot of celebratory tequila, but small things can add up to very big results.

☆ Half the bag instead of the whole bag
☆ Handful of spinach before dinner
☆ 5 sprints on that damn bike after lifting

Any small change stacked upon other small changes in the right direction can and will lead to success.

Do you know how to relax?


Mental and physical rest are probably hardest to keep track of.

Making it a point to do less, sleep more, shut off, etc can be stressful in itself.
Especially when we're trying to move more, wake up early, and show up consistently.


A rested body and brain can push itself harder than a fatigued one.

I find wildlife documentaries very calming.

Then when it's time to get up and do s**t, I think about what I'm going to eat after those tasks are done.

What gets you moving?
