I had a wonderful class with my students. Thanks to Sensei Alonzo Cherry and Harry for always helping out in class. For everyone in the Martial Arts to remember, the first class that a white belt receives is not the strikes, stands or techniques. The first class they receive is when they first walk into the dojo doors. They see the respect for each others, they see the discipline and they see the unity of the students on the floor helping each other. Thats is their first class, seeing all this they know that here in the dojo I will learn if I put in 100%. This is something that will prepare them for their life ahead. Once their mind is open, they will see that everything in life is a technique. And they will learn to find their way to win. Not only in fights but in life. Osu!!
