Sometimes a company hires you to speak to their family.

But if you’re really lucky … once in a rare while, you become part of the family.

I had spoken twice - virtually - to my friends at … but this was the first time I got to see them out of the Zoom boxes and in real life.

And Real Life was magical. Two days with a room full of rockstars. A room full of leaders who leaped off POLES (metaphorically. IYKYK), shared their FEARS and their WHO’s, and let VULNERABILITY lead the way.

Thank you to Carolyn, Kim, Michelle and Raelene for not allowing me to talk to the room - but be a part of the room.

A room I miss already.

Thank you to the magnificent for making it possible.

And thank you to each and every one of you for your time and trust.

This was my first time in Park City, Utah. I loved every minute of it - thanks to my family at Old Republic - and bonus time with Mike with the most beautiful scenery as the backdrop to such a memorable + meaningful trip🌄🧡

I ♥️Old Republic

I’ve spent the last decade working with NFL coaches individually and this new chapter begins with the very first coach I ever worked with: Dan Quinn. Life is amazing that way.

And HE is amazing that way.

But for the first time, I’ll be working with an entire coaching staff in my new role: Coaching Connection & Development for the Washington Commanders Coaching Staff.

It continues the work I’ve been doing in corporate America and throughout my 30+ years in this industry: Relationship Building. Helping people and teams grow stronger, tighter and more connected.

Beyond grateful for this New Chapter and a man who doesn’t just develop players - he develops PEOPLE. That includes his coaches. And me.

Go Commanders! ♥️🤍

Hell hath no fury like a woman stepping fully into the realization that everything she'd been told about aging is a lie.

Done calling it midlife - because there's nothing mid about it.

I used to judge my pictures by what YOU see.

My body
My hair
My skin
My lines

I now judge them by what I see.

My strength
My confidence
My fulfillment
My happiness

Every time I have the audacity to criticize how I look in a picture, I go back exactly one year and look at a picture of myself - A picture I also harshly judged, but now see how I really looked….

Great.

Today’s picture will be tomorrow’s reminder of how beautiful (inside and out) you are right now.

What do YOU want to see when you look at yourself? Not what OTHER people have programmed us to look at… but what YOU want to see when you capture this moment of life….

A New York Minute for the premiere of ‘Please Don’t Feed The Children’.

I’d love to give lots of love to Destry Spielberg on her directorial debut. She killed it in every way as a director and the leader of an incredible cast of such talented actors.

Speaking of the talented actors…Vernon Davis…we’ve gotten to know each other throughout NFL seasons, Olympic appearances, and now movies. One of the most talented and kindest people I know. And he is so GOOD in this.

The producing team of Jason Dubin, Josh Kesselman, and my magnificent husband Mike Hagerty… Each movie, I marvel at how difficult they are to make. And it takes special people to be able to put it all together. They ARE special — and so is this movie.

It premieres TODAY on Tubi, and it’s AWESOME. Outstanding acting, zombies, and apocalyptic times… what more could you ask for?!

We spent a few months in Santa Fe while Mike made this movie, and there’s nothing I love more than this kind of night. There’s so much work, stress, and joy that goes into making these films… so being able to watch every person who was a part of the experience celebrate the film and each other is really special.

I love this movie, and I love these people. I hope you’ll go and watch it.

Please Don’t Feed The Children… but please DO watch the movie!

(Also, navigating New York City on crutches is no easy task. Shoutout to everyone — and I mean EVERYONE — who was so kind in asking me what happened and if they could help) 🩼🥰

Over the past three months, I had the honor of speaking at events across five states with Great West Casualty Company, and at every stop, these two incredible women were at the heart of it all.

Jada Hamar and Monica Powers put on every single event and absolutely crushed it. Their warmth, leadership, and attention to detail made each one feel personal, powerful, and seamless. I’m so grateful to both of them and to everyone at Great West for making me feel like part of the family.

This group was different than the groups I usually speak to and, not surprisingly, why it turned out to be some of my favorite presentations ever. Such meaningful conversations with so many people throughout this partnership.

I walked away with a deep appreciation for the trucking industry, especially the people behind the wheel. I find myself waving at truck drivers more than I ever have after getting to know some of their incredible stories.

Already missing this group. Thank you for trusting me with your time and your stories. And yes…I do love trucks!

From headshots to bed-shots 😍😂

I’m so grateful for Amy Painter Photography capturing us at this stage in life… and love.

Amy has a gift of making you look beautiful - that’s her job - but also FEEL beautiful - which is her gift.

Every click came with a, “You’re so pretty” and I loved that for my first headshot shoot in my 50s. Honestly? Nothing better (and more appreciated) than young women telling their older sisters how beautiful they are🪷

And the bed-shots?! That was just plain ol fun.

Thank you for your eye…and your heart, Amy📸🖤
