I have lived many versions of success.
For real, I am a town girl from Punjab and it was quite restrictive growing up in early 2000s.
things have changed a lot now, and for the good.
But for me just getting out of that small town was a success.
Literally the first one.
I managed to get out to a bigger city to study..
Later on, other wins were getting a job, flying to different parts of world and learning everyday.
All before I moved to the USA.
Hey, I am Simi and if you are meeting me for the first time welcome to my pageđ
After moving to New York, I had to see different seasons of life, including heartaches, setbacks, mental health issues, and emotional loneliness.
I had a very different version of life story and success in my head, and none of that was coming true.
I made some difficult choices and first focused on healing myself and then building from Ground Zero.
The amount of resilience, grounding and self-assurance I had to build in myself wasnât for the faint of heart.
Moving through harder chapters of life has taught me âresilienceâ and acceptance.
I made multiple financial mistakes.
Didnât invest in things at the right time.
Lost money, wasted money and still kept going on.
Eventually, I got my breakthroughs.
More than any external success, I am deeply fulfilled with the internal successes that I have made over the years.
I have a strong foundation and Iâm definitely going to leverage on that in the next few years.
Iâm going to push harder and scale things massively.
All the hard work, heartaches, setbacks, and mistakes give me bigger perspective, bigger possibilities, and more clarity about the kind of life that I wanna live.
Iâm sure that you are in different seasons of your life as well. I want you to believe that whatever you want in this life experience is possible when you are honest and have the right intention and patience to get thereâ¤ď¸
Thank you for reading this and of course Iâd love to hear more about your journey and experiences in the commentsđđ
Love ya,
Simi
