Bodyweight ab workout 👍

Up down plank
Crossbody & side mountain climbers
Tuck up/v-up
V up & overs (people usually do it over a dumbbell but that’s more for cueing, you can just visualize lol)

Sets/reps are just a recommendation/what I did. If it’s not enough or too much, you can perform to failure as well.

Working out alone may not be enough to get visual abs. Different factors also play a role such as if you have a higher BFP (in which case, a slight calorie deficit over time would help lower that) and genetics (plays a major role in the shape as well). It may not be a realistic goal to try and maintain them all year round but REGARDLESS if you have them or not, it’s good to build core strength & you’re still just as good with or without them 🫶💪
