A client asked me today how many times a week do I do IMX Pilates, and do I do it by myself or do I take group classes…
Answer: I practice about 5 times a week, 60% alone and 40% in group classes. It’s important to take other trainer’s classes so that I can stay inspired! But I also don’t always have the time, so I try to fit it in when I can.

What makes our Xercizer machine better than the average reformer?
This is the most essential, top of the line, commercial grade reformer for studio or home use. It provides for a total body workout that includes core stabilization, muscle toning and strengthening, range of motion stretching and cardiovascular benefits. The Xercizer (rated “best reformer”) offers increased resistance for a harder workout; removable shoulder and lumbar supports; a larger carriage for a solid glide and large jump board included.
