We have two young women here with two different body types..both women are beautiful..
The girl on the right no matter how much weight she loses will never look like the girl on the left..the girl on the left was just born with those thin long genetics..
So where am I going with this?? Embrace your body type..thin isn’t necessarily the right answer..
Strive to be healthy and fit..which comes in all shapes and sizes..
I’m more like the girl on the right..and I have learned to embrace who I am..
Love yourselves..there’s no perfect way to be..go with what you have…make the most of what you have..
