POSTCARD WRITING PARTY ✍🏼

In an effort to help get out the vote this November, The Floor is hosting a postcard/phone banking party!

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 26TH
7:00-9:00PM

Come and hold space with your fellow Pilates friends, artists and teachers to help motivate voters to the polls this November. Postcards and writing supplies will be provided by The Floor as well as contacts for registered voters.

We can’t believe it has been 7 years since we opened our doors. The community and space have grown beyond anything we ever imagined back in 2017.

Over these years we are been able to share space with:
3,800 Pilates Students & 2,300 Dancers
32 Artists in Residence

Thank you for being with us and sharing in our mission to better care for one another. The Floor is truly a special place of warmth and compassion. We wouldn’t be here without this beautiful community.

PPP launches this weekend!

Come and dance amongst fellow peers and friends. This fall season we get to work with & 🤩 We are looking forward to laughing, dancing and being delightfully sore from rehearsal.

WORK EXCHANGE AT THE FLOOR

The Floor is committed to people of all economic backgrounds having access to our facility and classes.

Our Work Exchange Program is designed to offer classes or studio rentals, in exchange for a once a week studio cleaning.

This program operates seasonally with a 3-month commitment. We are currently taking applications for the fall (September-December).

The shared vocation between Jamie and Violaine, of community and artist development, still stands firm as a centerline The Floor’s mission these many years later.
