Today, we lay to rest our dearest, John LaFalace.🙏🫶
He was a friend who lived with a fire that touched everyone around him. John’s passion for fitness wasn’t just about strength of the body but pushing limits, chasing goals & showing what dedication looked like. This was even more evident when it came to being a dad. Annie was his greatest motivation, his reason to keep pushing forward, even on the hardest days.
Cancer may have taken John’s physical body, but it will never take the depth of his impact he had on all of us. His legacy lives on in every workout, every challenge we take on, and every moment we remind ourselves to keep going when life gets hard.
We’ll carry his light, his energy, and his love for life forever. His wife, Jess, and daughter, Annie, will always be part of our family. Annie will grow up knowing of all of the stories we will carry in our hearts forever.
Rest easy, John, you’ll always be with us, and your daughter will always know the man who fought so hard for her. Save a donut up there for us.🕊️❤️

February came & went, but we want to take the opportunity to recognize & honor our men & women of color. Black history month in sports is a perfect time to recognize the accomplishments of black athletes & the barriers they overcame. One of the BEST parts of Landshark Endurance is the diversity across this team.
To all our men and women of color (not all pictured), we see you, we support you and we’re all proud of you! To those who were deathly afraid of waters, who never saw themselves running more than a 5K & who are show that being a person of color should NOT have any limits.
Thank you for being here , thank you for showing up, not only for yourselves but for the community as well!❤️💛💚
