Caravan of Yogis will be at The Intrepid New York City on March 13th, 2011.Petit Yogis are invited to come to do yoga with us as fly like a butterfly and tick tock our way through the yoga class.

How Meditation May Change the Brain People who meditated 30 minutes a day for eight weeks had changes in parts of the brain associated with memory, sense of self, empathy and stress.

Prenatal Yoga is available at Caravan of Yogis on Tuesday nights for interested mommies. RSVP is required.
