Get after it daily 💪 Learning calisthenics and doing daily workouts is fun and motivating with the CaliQuest app. Yes I built this app and you can download it for free in my bio 🫶
Thenics Lab
Thenics Lab is dedicated to helping you build strength & skill, find community, and bullet-proof your body with calisthenics.
Quick.. How many can you get?
Can you do all of these?
Calisthenics pull foundation workđź’Ş this modification is accessible for beginners to advanced.
How’s your false grip?
Why choose high vs low parallettes? A lot of it depends on how much you can comfortably compress your core and engage your hip flexors & quads. The higher you are from the ground, the less demand you’ll place on these muscles, making moves like L-sits and transitions easier.
Two timeless principles👇
1. Gamifying good habits makes them addicting because it gives you incentive, triggers dopamine, and makes your whole experience rewarding.
2. Socializing your workouts daily and exploring other people’s workouts builds accountability and inspiration. You won’t skip sets or reps, you’ll push yourself, and build community.
I’ve gone into hibernation these past few months building this app, obsessing over every detail - and it’s finally available on the App Store.

Season depression is optional. Just keep moving đź’Ş

Your 2026 goals are counting on you!

Shoutout to for sharing my half attempt from movement made fest. Still some cleaning up to do
Fight for your reps đź’Ş
I’m on a quest to find beta testers for my new app!
I’ve always thought of calisthenics progressions like a skill tree, similar to the ones you see in RPG games.
Thinking about it in this way kept me consistent, because it didn’t feel like work, it felt like a game.
So I’ve decided to turn it into a real game so YOU can track your journey like a game and level up in real life!
I’m in need of beta testers! So comment BETA for early access 🧙‍♂️
Train like this for max gains 👇
Progressive Overload works well up until a point.
But the optimal way to solidify your adaptations is simple, consistent challenges.
This builds reliable, stable strength that lasts, rather than fleeting strength and a body with weak tendons, ligaments, and bad neural coordination.
The result of phasing in simple consistent challenges is reduced chance of injury, and a stable, strong body capable of breaking current plateaus.
