Most of the experiences that I host are small, intimate, and exceptionally intentional.

But once a year, I love to throw a party and bring that same intention to scale.

™ came from a very personal place for me.

After becoming a mom, I realized how easy it was to lose touch with the outward part of myself, the part that liked to get dressed (not in sweatpants), do my hair and makeup, and feel my vibes. ✨

That version of me didn’t disappear. She just got buried under the needs of everyone else. 🙃

The idea for was my way of remembering and honoring her.
And, hopefully, helping other women remember that part of themselves too.

So cheers to taking a day off, for your OUTER self... your inner self will thank you. 🙏🏻

Proof of life outside of work. 🥳

and I spent a heart filled weekend celebrating the marriage of & in , Mexico. These two humans bring together the best of people and created a container for deep connection.

We caught up with old friends and dropped in with who will certainly be new friends.

Grateful for love and being able to press life’s pause button to savor and celebrate what it’s all really about…

Elien and Nima thank you for this deeply beautiful gathering. Looking forward to continuing to layering on the new friendships made.

We aren’t a family that sends holiday cards though I am starting to love that tradition and might work up to it.

For now, I’ll use this space as a recap of 2025.

Mila- started walking, talking, singing and dancing. She steals everyone’s hearts and continues to be a total JOY bomb.

Markus- started Pre-K, continued to show strong athleticism in anything with a ball and started tennis lessons. He’s recently discovered chess, is obsessed (and quite good!)

Ryan- learned a ton of new home improvement skills as he set up our new home. Continued his personal growth journey, which with his discipline and chat GPT was truly inspiring to see the results of. He finished the year with a new job at a really inspiring new fund and loves his job. This is the first time in 6 years that we aren’t in the same space daily. (RIP remote work)

As for me, I created a new home for the fam in the North Fork. It’s where I continue to feel most peace. We spent the summer and holidays there as I’d always dreamed. This was the year I felt authentically rooted in my Miami community !
It was a big growth year emotionally - I struggled lots and stretched in ways I am now grateful for. My biggest gift this year was discovering Kabbalah and learning from

Ready to bring a fresh perspective, clarity and the wisdom of lessons learning into 2026… and maybe I’ll even send a card this year.

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of my journey this year. May 2026 be kind and expansive for all of us.

thank you for inspiring and gifting us the gift of these beautiful images. Grateful for our sisterhood.

I’ve always created experiences or communities from a place of personal need.

When thinking about what I ACTUALLY wanted for Mother’s Day … that looked like:
*being with my friends in a relaxed setting 👯‍♀️
*getting pampered 💆‍♀️
*having the space to play 🔮
*discover something new 👀
*space … away from my daily routine and my children ✌️

My need manifested into now signature experience .

This is the third year we’ve brought this to life and I just say, it gets better with age ☺️

Motherhood is a journey, make sure you make time to celebrate this chapter and yourself! I hope that experiences like this help fill the cups of all the mothers in my life.

Thank you to my amazing team for brining this vision to life and to the partners that fueled this experience.

In Nov of 2020, mid pandemic, I wound up in Sarasota at my mom’s place, seeking comfort as a new mother who needed support. The arrangement was meant to be temporary… however morphed into a 3 year affair.

As I navigated retirement community living, I tried to place my new identity. Toggling between who I was if not in NYC and if not working at The Standard or hosting .usa events?!

While Sarasota provided a supportive landing, it couldn’t do much for a woman who loved the energetic pace of NYC. The stillness of my new surroundings literally pulled me into boughs of sadness.

I did find joy was in the nature and the pockets of uniqueness that I found endearing about this town.

Friday morning estate sales filled my creative cup. Saturday afternoon kayak sessions calmed my nerves and places like inspired the planner within. In fact, when I found this gem of a boutique hotel- I knew it would one day be home to a retreat that I would plan. Didn’t know for whom or when …

This past weekend that manifestation came to life and my Sarasota chapter came full circle as I hosted the retreat at my former stomping ground.

It was cathartic to sheppard my community of new mothers in a place where I become a mother myself... I loved sharing some of the best parts of Sarasota.

While it wasn’t an easy time for me, I’ll always be grateful to for my Sarasota chapter as it’s where I birthed mysha (beautiful things arise from stillness!!)

Sharing some of the beauty from this past weekend.

My last month has moved at rapid speed, to be a honest, a little too fast for my liking. When we have too much on our plates it’s hard to savor the moment and be fully present.

Ryan

You are one of a kind … the most patient, kindest, loving man. ❤️ You are the BEST dad to our little super organisms and a beautiful partner to me.

One of my favorite things about you is that you can’t be put in a box. You’re constantly surprising me (and likely yourself) with your evolution and steadfast determination to be your best self.

Watching your growth these past few years has been nothing short of inspiring! I am especially excited for your walk around the sun this year as I see you stepping even further into your JOY and your authentic self.

Feeling blessed 🥹 for your companionship, your humor and your beautiful energy. Cheers to the best year yet. I love you

It’s been a while since hit the grid …

Today seems like a good day to love on the man who indulges me when I gush about my “IG crush” 🤣❤️

Cheers to choosing each other each day and helping each other grow.

PS if it was up to your IG, I would have swiped left … I guess “don’t judge a book by its IG cover!?”

Happy 4th birthday to quite literally the light of my life ❤️ I am your mom which makes me quite biased … and even so I see one of the most special humans that I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing.

At such a young age, you already express so much kindness, empathy and love … the combination that our world so needs, especially these days.

May you continue being the light and illuminating joy for all those who are lucky to be in your orbit.

Markus, there are truly no words to describe how much I love you. I will continue to do my best to support you in your unique journey and to shower you with all my love.
Wishing you a year of adventures, many laughs, growing into being a big brother and connecting with all you want to learn.

I realize I haven’t “officially” introduced you to Mila Alexandra Munch … she joined us Nov 8th and we wanted to give her a min to sort her own energy in the world before introducing her.

I spent the last two weeks on a solo “staycation” with this little lady and it was nothing short of blissful! One wouldn’t typically imagine 2 weeks with an infant as being peaceful but these weeks were my favorite of the whole year. (Sorry family!) The combo of feed, snuggle, sleep and repeat with a walk sprinkled somewhere in there was perfection. Focusing on one thing felt meditative.

With Markus, I was too anxious and too much in transition to soak in the magic … this time feels different and these past weeks gave me the gift of presence and a very special bond with my girl.

For the mamas out there - recommend a few solo days with your minis. There’s a lot of surprised to uncover in the stillness. The first year has the unique ability to move especially quick & especially slow all at once … trying to relish each moment I can- even the 💩 ones.
