The things you repeatedly tell yourself about who you are eventually start shaping the decisions you make. Change that belief, raise the standard and you might be surprised how much else starts to change with it.

I learned 2 things today. Ye Old Mill has been creating romantic moments at the Minnesota State Fair since 1915, and it is significantly less romantic when you ride it completely alone. 😂

I knew alcohol could damage your liver long before I understood what it could do to your pancreas. Knowing people in recovery who've actually dealt with pancreatitis made me want to understand it better.

You feel good right now. Sleep’s back, head’s clear, you look like yourself again. And right about here a thought shows up that doesn’t sound like a craving at all. It sounds reasonable. It says you’ve clearly got this under control, one this weekend wouldn’t hurt. That’s not proof you can drink again. That’s proof the sobriety is working. Feeling strong isn’t a reason to test it, it’s a reason to protect it. SAFA25 if that voice found you this week.
