Declan and I made a little stretching and energizing video to share! Great for all ages to wake back up, get a little energy, and stretch tired muscles after doing schoolwork.

This Thursday Toddler Yoga will be all about FALL FUN! We'll read The Busy Little Squirrel and then explore some real fall leaves. 10/17, 2pm DM to secure a space
Trying to create a great group of little yogis for Thursday afternoon toddler yoga! 86th and York at 2pm. Next class 10/03. Today's kids danced, hopped, built yoga block chairs, and then tucked themselves in for savasana. Come find out what it's all about!
