Doing something six days a week sounds great at first.

But most people quit by week three when life gets busy.

6 days becomes 4, then 2, then 0.

Three workouts a week that you actually do every week is better than six workouts you don't.

Your habits aren't collapsing because you lost motivation on the trip.

They're collapsing because the cues that trigger them are gone.

The gym at home, the bag by the door, those are all context.

Remove the context and the habit has nothing to fire from.

Build one cue that goes wherever you go.

I used to go all-in on everything.

When work gets heavy, the gap between what the program asks for and what your life allows gets too wide.

The routine breaks.
