Doing something six days a week sounds great at first.
But most people quit by week three when life gets busy.
6 days becomes 4, then 2, then 0.
Three workouts a week that you actually do every week is better than six workouts you don't.

I used to go all-in on everything.
My body would change but my mind never did.
Because I knew it wouldn't last.
I kept waiting for motivation to save me but that was never the real problem.
The breakthrough came when I stopped trying harder and started understanding how habits actually work.

Most fitness routines are built for your best weeks, not your worst.
When work gets heavy, the gap between what the program asks for and what your life allows gets too wide.
The routine breaks.
Narrowing that gap is not about doing less.
It is about knowing which habits are load-bearing and which ones are nice to have.
Keep the load-bearing ones.
Let the rest go when things get hard.
