To the girls who took a chance on this program when it was just an idea, thank you for believing in the vision before anyone else did. You helped lay the foundation for everything we’ve become.

To the players who came, gave us everything they had, and have since moved on to play at a higher level, thank you. Watching you grow into confident athletes and young women has been one of the greatest rewards of coaching. You will always be a part of this program’s story, and I’ll always be proud to have been a small part of yours.

Every practice, every game, every win, every tough loss, every laugh, every tear, and every lesson has helped shape not only this organization, but me as a coach. I’ll never take that for granted.

No matter where softball takes you, I hope you always remember that you are capable of more than you think, that hard work always matters and that the name on the front of your jersey represented something bigger than the game.

To my current girls… we aren’t finished yet.

We have one last ride together. One more opportunity to compete, to trust each other to leave everything we have on the field and to make memories that will last forever.

Let’s finish this journey the right way not because we have to, but because we get to.

Thank you for trusting me. Thank you for believing in each other. Thank you for making this ride one I’ll never forget.

Now… let’s go write one final chapter together.
