Licking Valley Middle School Lacrosse

Another great evening on the field! The boys continue to improve every week, and it’s been awesome watching their hard work and dedication pay off. We’re proud of the progress they’re making and can’t wait to keep building on it.

Practice Update: There will be no practice on Tuesday, July 21st, as both coaches will be out of town that week.

We’ll be back on Tuesday, July 28th, and we’d love to see some new faces join us! Whether you’ve been thinking about coming out or know someone who might be interested, everyone is welcome.

We’ve been having 5–10 players out every Tuesday from 6:00–7:30, and it’s been a blast! We’re hoping to get even more kids involved and help bring lacrosse back to our community. Elementary and middle school students are welcome, whether they’re brand new to the sport or have played before. We’d love to see more kids out on the field. Here’s Newark’s lacrosse camp information. I highly recommend it for anyone interested in the game. This camp was actually my first experience with lacrosse back in 8th grade, and it played a huge role in getting me into the sport. They do a great job of making it fun, competitive, and really informative for all skill levels.

Hi everyone, my name is Coach Conley (Gavin), and I’m excited to start building a middle school lacrosse program here at Licking Valley.
This summer, I’d like to begin by getting the kids together once a week to work on fundamentals, agility, and learning the game. The goal is to introduce lacrosse in a fun, structured way and build skills leading into a future team.
As we move closer to the season, we’ll share more details about forming an official team. There will be some costs for equipment and game referees since this will be run as a club program, and I’ll make sure everything is kept as affordable as possible and clearly communicated ahead of time.
The goal is to grow this into a full school program over time.
