We had a solid showing at this years Gerald. We sucked in time trials rallied and changed the shock package and a few other adjustments and went from 9th to 5th just one spot out of qualifying. We rolled off p1 for our last chance and made it into the show.

Lap one a bunch of cars hit a water spot that shouldn’t have been on the track and junked 10 cars. Got tangled up pitted and started last and made it up to 15th. Car was coming in great at the end of the race! Just need a new right side body wheel and tire.

Our weekend schedule is still up in the air but we are planning on getting some more laps on the car Saturday in hopes of having a better piece for Sunday.

9/6 Weedsport Speedway

The debut for our new car didn’t go as planned. Had issues getting everything 100% in time and missed heat races with hot laps being cancelled and was flying blind into the feature. Lap one I knew I was off the pace but tried making the best of it and get a feel for the car. I was getting better with every lap and should have a better baseline for our next outing, went 19th - 14th.

Huge thank you to the guys over at GSR, my father, my family at home putting up with me getting it done, Sam, Scott, Chaz and the fam, and Matt and the crew over at Image X they all had a hand on making this come together! Excited to build some speed with it!

Tuesday night we drew dead last through the gate. Started 8th in the heat made moves to 3rd and the car went away from me very fast and I slid into the marbles more than once fading me back to 8th. Made wholesale changes for the feature and the car was amazing. 23rd -13th with 0 visibility while getting sandblasted, I’ll call that a decent run.

Onto the next, our schedule is up in the air for the remainder of the season. I will try to keep you all updated when we have solid plans. 🏁🏁

We had an an awesome night meeting our little fans signing autographs and handing out Dip n Dots! Heat race we went 7th- 4th which locked us into the top 15, rolled off 10th for our feature and after contact coming to green stumbling the car bad I fell back 6 car lengths and never caught back up. Came home 14th. See you all Saturday!
