Some days the bravest thing you can do is slow down.
Not push through.
Not add more.
Just slow down, breathe, and let your body lead for a little while.
That is what the mat is here for.

We hear it all the time. "I have been wanting to try yoga but I am not flexible enough." "I am not sure I am ready." "Maybe when things slow down."

Here is what we want you to know. There is no version of ready that you have to reach before you are welcome here. The mat does not ask for flexibility or experience or a perfect schedule. It just asks you to show up.

Everything else happens from there.
