Balance and inner peace are cultivated from within ~ the (in)side work.

They blossom through conscious thought, a deep sense of grace, and an intentional decision to embrace the present moment with gratitude.

When we choose determination rooted in empathy rather than exhaustion, we give ourselves the profound gift of tranquility.

Lean in to your own contentment.
Take your own advice.

🇵🇹Add-on and EXTRA days in Portugal - yay!

Hi ALL!!!

We are still in Porto - (in case you haven’t yet heard!)

~ our flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues yesterday….

After a very looooooong day in the airport - we had gotten dropped off by Viking at 9:30 am and waited to board for our 12:30 call - which moved to 2:30 and then the rest is history

~it took us 3+ hours to re-emigrate and 6 hrs to actually get our luggage back & then to find a place to lodge - a hotel was suggested by the United counter girls & of course we lucked out BIG TIME and got put UP in an incredibly historic boutique hotel: THE Heritage Palace - in the heart of the city in an old Visconte’s home - completely restored - Heritage Palace

I feel like I’m sleeping in a movie set -

we opted to NOT rush - and stay ….

That’s and that to me is how to ….when faced with obstacles, you know?

We will be reimbursed for the hotel & flight changes & food (thank God we buy the Allianz insurance) they were a big help -

~but Viking really took on the brunt of the burden of assisting us & planning & have been 💯 amazing - they’re going to reach out again today to check in on us -

Viking is such an incredible outfit… even better than working with the airlines directly!!!

so John & I are heading out to enJOY another full day & evening in Porto! Ta Ta!

A moment of peace in between client-calls & a latte in FiDi -

I love finding JOY & being one who can CHOOSE JOY in the middle of NYC …
always near a fountain, or something wonderful amid the skyscrapers
