😤Challenge yourself at Legion! 😤

Lunges are tough. There’s no way around it! 👍🏻

It can be pretty taxing on knees and ankles but there are ways to modify.

In here we got two different modifications.

One without weight and another with a slider!

If you’re a beginner, no weight is the way to go. You can focus on your legs feeling the work where they should and your balance isn’t as compromised! 🔥

If you’re ready to level up your lunges adding a slider to your feet can really challenge you. Making different muscles work the whole time ensures a quality burn! 🔥
