Make sure to register your son or daughter for our COMBINED FALL & WINTER SEASON! 🤼‍♂️

This year and this year only, we’re combining both the Fall Session and Winter Season into ONE season! That means 6 MONTHS of practices and lessons for your wrestler! 💪

Season: October through March
Practices will begin the first week of October and run through Kids States in March!
NOVICE: Mondays & Wednesdays
ADVANCED: Tuesdays & Thursdays

We’re excited to get started in our NEW PRACTICE ROOM/BUILDING and continue building the next generation of Delaware wrestlers!

PRIVATE LESSONS:
We also offer private lessons through PooreTrained Wrestling Academy. If you’re interested, make sure to fill out the Private Lesson Interest Form!

Due to the new school transition, this year and this year only, NDWA will be combining our Fall and Winter Season starting the first week of October till March!!!

Location: Hodgson Vo Tech

Practices:
Monday and Wednesday
Novice Beginner:6-7pm
Novice Advanced:7-8:15pm

Tuesday and Thursday
K-6th Grade Advanced:6-7pm
7th-12th Grade Advanced:7-8:30pm

This will give us:
• More practice time and longer sessions with each group
• Smaller class sizes
• More one-on-one attention from our amazing coaches
• More room in the wrestling room for live wrestling and drilling
• A better training environment for each individual wrestler

We want to make sure every wrestler gets the attention and coaching they need to continue developing.

🚨NORTHERN DELAWARE WRESTLING ACADEMY × POORETRAINED🚨

Two programs. One mission.

Northern Delaware Wrestling Academy is proud to partner with PooreTrained Wrestling Academy, bringing together two programs committed to developing the next generation of Delaware wrestlers.

PooreTrained brings a proven competitive mindset and a commitment to hard work, discipline, accountability, and championship-level development. Built around the belief that success is earned through preparation and relentless effort, PooreTrained challenges wrestlers to push beyond their comfort zones and become the best versions of themselves.

Together with NDWA, this partnership creates an opportunity for our wrestlers to learn, compete, grow, and surround themselves with coaches and athletes who understand what it takes to succeed on the mat.

Practices will be Monday-Thursday at Hodgson Vo Tech NEW wrestling room. Monday/Wednesday will be our Novice days and Tuesday/Thursday will be our Advanced days. This allows for small class sizes, more 1 on 1 coaching, longer class times and more space in the room. Our start date and times will be coming out shortly so make sure parents are on the look out for more information being emailed out and posted on our social media pages. We are super excited about the future and can’t wait to get on the mat! ⚫️🟡

Just a reminder that our End-of-the-Year BBQ is next Saturday, August 22nd, starting at 1:00 PM!

Everyone who has been part of our club this year, along with their families, is welcome to come out and celebrate with us!

We’ll have food, drinks, games, and awards for the kids. We’ll also have the pool open, so make sure to bring your bathing suits and come ready to have some fun!
