Monster Mode has a variety of classes for all fitness levels. We offer drop in classes which means no contracts or monthly pricing. Most of our classes run in the evening from 6 pm and on. We offer open workout for $6 to drop in on select days and times. Monster Mode also offers personal training/one on one sessions for weight loss, boxing, and kickboxing. Get ready; our next Zumba Party is TOMORROW at 2pm. Doors open at 1:30 and the party doesn't stop until 4. Just $15 at the door. Live DJ, water provided. Just bring yourself and a towel, because there will be sweat!!!
