I'm welding up custom exhaust turn-downs from the headers to existing dual exhaust pipes on this '62 Impala.

Don't jack up a Sprinter via the engine cross member. The thin sheet metal can't take it and will tear.

Mounting and balancing a new set of tires for a KTM 690 Enduro R. Dunlop D606 front, Mitas Enduro Trail XT rear.

New to me tool -- Milwaukee bandsaw. I can't believe that I've waited this long to get one!

Out with the old, in with the new. Our 2018 500 EXC only has 62 hours on it, but it's been sitting a lot the last couple years and is in need of some maintenance. We're starting with an oil change, coolant flush, bleeding the brakes and hydraulic clutch, and a fresh chain and sprockets.

New project bike here at the shop. It's a low hour, mostly stock, 2018 KTM 500 EXC-F. It needs a little TLC before it can hit the trail, so stay tuned for updates on what we do with it.

Crusty fuel petcock off of a 24 year old Honda. It leaked like a sieve.

It's new tire day here. New tires and ultra heavy duty tubes on the 990 adventure. New tires and mousses on the 300 XC.
