Thank you thank you thank you to the awesome crew (some of whom where willing to stick around through the cooldown/after class for a First Class Photo!) who came out for my first Pump class at the brand new Newark Newpark Mall 24 Hour Fitness!! I hope I successfully got the party started for us with our playlist this morning - it continues from now on every Friday at 9 AM, and I can't wait to see you there for it! ❤❤

Thank you to everyone who came out this week for my last Wednesday Pump class at 24 Hour Fitness - Hayward, CA! I'm sad to say goodbye to this amazing group, but I'm also ridiculously excited to start my NEW Pump class this week on FRIDAY MORNINGS at 9 AM at the brand spankin' new Newark 24 Hour Super Sport!
Drink your coffee and come get stronger with me! It'll be a blast! And you *know* I make sure our vibe is low-key, unintimidating, and all about having fun with movement. Come hang out! 🙌🏻💪🏻

We had our last class of the Winter session today, so we finished our big trip around the world and made our way back to the United States. After learning some hula in Hawaii, we flew all the way to Bristol, Tennessee - the "birthplace of country music" - but somehow while we were flying to Tennessee, we ended up traveling back in time to the 90s too!
