They see you. Even when you think they don’t. They do. They recognize the work you’re doing. And without even realizing it, they’re learning from your actions, learning the type of person they want to grow up to be… a person who is willing to put in the hard work. Work that others aren’t always willing to do. A person who doesn’t give up, who pushes through the hard spots and, yeah, it’s an added perk being the dad their friend tell them is “jacked”…. But mostly all that other stuff.

I know this video cut off at a weird point but honestly that’s all I want to say on this subject. Let’s focus on the positives. This sport is typically filled with such comradery, sportsmanship and healthy competition. That’s why I admire so many of these pros. looked phenomenal and deserved this win, I want to focus on that. killed it, I am excited to see that he’s BACK back.

I really hoped to go to the Arnold this year, but the military had other plans for me. I do plan to go to the and I know we’ll see there, excited to find out the rest of the lineup. I know can’t wait to see (congrats Aimee!) and all the wellness girls. 💪💪
