Welcome to the Elite Girls Basketball program! We are a program that features the most talented girls basketball players in the Hudson Valley. Our program is a highly structured and professionally run organization focused on the college bound student athlete. Emphasis is placed on academics along with athletics as we guide players and parents through the NCAA recruiting process. All activities are
geared toward college preparation - from the warm up drills in practice, to the way we teach offense and defense, and the way we conduct ourselves on the playing floor. Our goal is to find the college that is the best fit for the players - both academically and athletically - so that they can succeed in their collegiate careers. We stress 3 main areas of personal growth in our program: MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT:
MIND: We strive to teach and develop a basketball IQ so the players learns how to "play smart." BODY: We hold college style practices to acclimate the players to the intensity of college workout. In addition, we provide speed and skills clinics with a professional trainer that emphasizes footwork and injury prevention through strengthening exercises along with individual basketball skills. SPIRIT: We cultivate a desire to love the game. In order to succeed, we teach the philosophy and work ethic that you have to "fall in love with the process of what it takes to get you better."
