HOW TO: T-Bar Row 🔥

💪 Build a thicker, stronger back with the T-Bar Row.

How to use it:
✅ Plant your feet shoulder-width apart and hinge slightly at the hips
✅ Keep your chest pressed into the pad, core tight, and shoulders pulled back
✅ Pull the handles toward your lower chest/upper abdomen by driving your elbows back
✅ Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top
✅ Lower the weight slowly and under control

🔥 Hot Tip: Don't use momentum to move the weight. Keep your torso stable and let your back—not your biceps—do the work.

The T-Bar Row is an excellent exercise for building thickness through the lats, rhomboids, and mid-back while improving overall pulling strength.

HOW TO: Leg Curl Machine 🦵

Target your hammies with this tried and true machine. Coach Ryan walks you through setup, proper adjustments and range of motion.

Adjust the seat, ankle pad, and upper thigh pad so your knees align with the machine's pivot point. Secure your legs tightly under the lap pad, grab the handles, and slowly curl your heels downward toward your glutes. Squeeze your hamstrings at the bottom, and control the weight on the way back up.
