3 stripes on the brown belt. 🤎🥋
Another stripe. Another reminder that the belt isn’t what changes you… it’s the person you become along the way.
Jiu-Jitsu has transformed my life in ways I never could have imagined. It has taught me patience when I wanted results, humility when my ego got in the way, resilience through injuries and setbacks, and the importance of simply showing up—day after day, year after year.
The mats have become more than a place to train. They’ve become a place to grow.
A huge thank you to my professor and friend Joao Felipe Cizeski . Thank you for believing in me, pushing me beyond what I thought I was capable of, answering countless questions, correcting the smallest details, and leading by example every single day. Your time, patience, and dedication have played an enormous role in my journey, and I’m incredibly grateful to learn from someone I respect so much.
To my teammates—thank you for every round, every battle, every lesson, and every laugh. Iron truly sharpens iron.
If there’s one thing Jiu-Jitsu has taught me, it’s this:
Progress isn’t made by being the most talented. It’s made by refusing to quit.
Whether you’re chasing a belt, building a business, healing from something difficult, or simply trying to become a better version of yourself… keep showing up. Some days you’ll win. Some days you’ll learn. Every day you stay in the fight, you’re becoming someone stronger than yesterday.
The journey is far from over. There is still so much to learn, so much to improve, and so many more lessons waiting on these mats.
The journey continues. 🤎🙏🏼
