This image allows you to see the male anatomy from the back. You can clearly see the lungs and kidneys. Exactly where the lower ribs often contract in and down is where the kidneys are. Very often people thrust their front ribs forward and lock their lower back ribs. This puts stress on the kidneys and lungs and creates lower back pain. Think about breathing into your lower back ribs and widening and lifting them. This activates the posterior part of the diaphragm and lungs and takes pressure off the kidneys. Get this image in your mind to work to lift and widen your back ribs. This will make all your internal organs and lower back and hips happy.
