We have confirmed that Yes as of 7/31/2026 we are legally allowed to sell and possess standard capacity Mags and the silly AR -15 restriction are gone. We have ordered new stock. Please stop in for details.

Let me start by saying, "THAT THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE" But the facts as we know now. Yes! The 3rd circuit court of appeals has deemed the AR-15 Ban and Magazine cap in NJ as unconstitutional.
But as of right now NJ still has other appeals to file and until such time as these appeals have been exhausted and an official mandate is issued, We must continue to follow the laws as they currently stand. But believe you me, The moment we are advised of such a mandate we will be yelling it from the mountain tops.
Please we urge everyone to be Very very VERY!! careful in the days to come. Do not fall victim to fake news or false claims.

Good morning everyone. While we did score a major win in our fight for our 2nd amendment rights with the 3rd circuit court ruling striking down the NJ ban on AR-15 and Mag cap of 10 rounds. We still have to wait for this to go through the appeals process before we can exercise these new won rights. Keep up the fight We are winning.
