With 25 years of experience teaching yoga and fitness, Jodie brings a sense of exploration and humor to every class, creating a practice that is safe, supportive, and most importantly, fun!

Jodie has founded a yoga cooperative in New York and is also a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Certified Forest Therapy Guide. (be on the lookout for a walk in the woods soon!)

Now a Newington local, she's thrilled to join the Evolution family and can’t wait to meet everyone!

For FOUR Sundays only, Jenn is crossing the street and joining us at Evolution Yoga as a Guest Teacher, bringing her signature class; FASCIA & FLOW!

Beginning September 27, join Jenn every Sunday at 8:30am for Fascia & Flow. This all-levels class combines targeted fascia release with flowing yoga movement to help improve flexibility, mobility, body awareness, and overall well-being.
